Return & Exchange Policy

We offer free return and exchange on all products. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. We only provide a credit note, in case the return is accepted. 

You can exchange the product for free directly in case you face any size issues. You can also return the product in case you would prefer a store credit to purchase a different style or for future purchases.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note once you've placed a return request and if the return is accepted, we will schedule a pick-up and you will have to hand it over to the delivery partner in the same condition as you've received it. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders, customized/made to order or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


*Credit Note: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. All items purchased from our website can be returned for a credit coupon within 7 days from the date of delivery. The entire amount of the returned product will be credited to a coupon code which you will receive upon the return being accepted. 

How to use a WalkTheTalk Credit Note: 

  • WTT Credit Note can be applied on our website at the checkout page.
  • On the checkout page, you have to apply the credit note code in the 'DISCOUNT CODE' section and click on 'APPLY'
  • The discount code will automatically be reflected and the amount will be deducted from the payable amount. Standard shipping and COD rates applicable on new orders placed using credit note. 
  • The validity of the credit note is 45 days.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

For all CASH ON DELIVERY orders purchased online, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Any cancellations for PREPAID orders will be issued with a credit note. In case you'd like to cancel your order, please email to info.walkthetalk@gmail.com 

WalkTheTalk reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time. 


Custom WTT Policy:
  1. A Custom WTT product can only be a PREPAID ORDER
  2. We request you to kindly check your size before placing an order. Once the work has begun, the order cannot be cancelled/changed.
  3. In case, you need any assistance in terms of size, color, fit, etc kindly reach out to our customer care team. We will be more than happy to assist you.

 

ABOUT THE FOOTWEAR

  • All footwear at WalkTheTalk is manufactured using non-leather material. We do not suggest wearing them in and around the water.
  • Varied weather conditions can affect the conditions of the footwear including the accessories that come with it. We request you to store them in a shoe bag
  • Always dry your feet before wearing your footwear. Wet or moist feet can lead to minor damages in the footwear.
  • Our footwear does not come with a warranty. The life of the same simply depends upon the wear and tear of the product.
  • In case any minor repairing is required, we will repair the product at our cost only once within two months of the delivery, subject to case and QC team approval.
